What is the news for Vertigo Comics April and May 2014?

1. Sandman issue #3 will be hitting comic book stores on April 30  in the US. Sandman #3 THE OVERTURE will tell the story of Morpheus a man walking through a dream filled with crazed madness.

2. American Vampire: Second Cycle #2 Returns as Pearl Jones is now sucking blood in Hippie era of late 1960s. In this story Pearl Jones most protect her young from the forces of darkness. In this will be on sale for $2.99 and will be released on

April 16. 

4. Astro City #11 fly's into stores on April 11 telling heroic story filled with golden ear of powerful God like superhero in capes and classical mystic and demonic villains that prey on the innocent.  

5. Coffin Hill #7 will haunt you in comic book stores in April 9 Coffin Hill is story about a a young girl name Ellie Coffin that is haunted by spirits that will judge her fate. 

6.Fairest  #25  will finish a magically and deadly conclusion of the reveal of the of mice and men. 

Fairest will appear on comic book stores everywhere May 28.

7. Fables #140 will hint a reveal of a conclusion of the "The Boys in the Band" in April 16.

8. FBP (Federal Bureau of Physics) #9 continues after a heartwarming is sadly ruin Rosa and Adam wonder why Nakeet is one of messed up place.

9. The Dead Boy Detectives comes back from dead in issue # 5 on April 23 in this story Edwin will investigate a secret that will tun his life sideways. 

10. Saga of the Swamp Thing Book Six will lurk into comic book stores and book stores on May 7. The hardcover edition will collect series #57-64. Between these issues Swamp Thing will travel across the universe where Swamp Thing's mind begins to deepen.Swamp Thing will have to escape from his unconscious mind and find away to go back to the planet earth.  

11. Trillium # 8 is Vertigo's newest sci-fi fantasy adventure will arrive on sale April 2  

12. DMZ Deluxe Edition Book 2 Hardcover will collect issues #13-28, of Matty Roth invading a terrorist base and hesitantly trying to do interviews on US soldiers that are charged of killing masses of innocent civilians. Will Matty Roth survive to know the full story or will he become another dead body on the war zone?   

13. The Royals: Masters of War # 3 is one sale for April 2, Masters of War is certain time of war in history 1942 where the American soldiers go up against unstoppable Japanese Empire.

14. The Wake #8 will come out of the depths of the sea in April 30 where sea monsters not only lurk the oceans. 

15. EX Machina Book Two will fire up on sale in May 21 the issues will be collected in issues of # 12-20 along with a special of issues #1-2. Ex Machina is a story about Mayor Mitchell Hundred who is struggling to make a choice of becoming a superhero and and how he will go about his future.  

16. The Unwritten: Apocalypse  #4 open up to readers in comic book stores April 16. Issue 4 will concluded the  story of War Stories. Tom Taylor will have to gain help from Madam Rausch who also struggling a inner war of her own.
